Hi, my name is Francisco Tuchweber, i bought poro theme for wordpress about a month ago.
My website is http://www.stilocalzados.com.ar and im using Elementor.
I have some issues while building the website. Sometimes i see some parts of the page differently in the elementor builder, and then in the website. Its not a cache problem as i have already disabled it. My main trouble with this, is that if i open the website in my mobile, i cant see the product page. But if i open in my pc, in the elementor builder, seeing it in mobile visualization, i see everything perfect.
Please i need your assistance as soon as possible as i cant solve this on my own.
Thank you very much.Attachments:

July 14, 2023 at 8:25 pm #1917Hello, @franciscotuchweber,
Thank you for granting me access. I have thoroughly examined the issue you reported and successfully resolved it. The root cause of the problem was identified as the “SiteGround Optimizer” plugin, which was causing the malfunction on your website. By simply disabling this plugin, the issue was resolved.
It is important to bear in mind that when an element appears and functions correctly in the editor, it should also exhibit the same behavior on the front end. However, occasionally, caching can interfere with this expected behavior. Upon investigation, I noticed that a caching plugin was active on your site, and by disabling it, your issue was promptly resolved.
For a more comprehensive understanding of the resolution, please refer to the accompanying image. https://postimg.cc/2b9L1Yyc
Should you require any further assistance or encounter any additional concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. I am at your disposal and committed to providing you with continued support.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best Regards,
