Help Reqd – Banner Block editing

I have recently installed Porto on a new site I’m working on. I installed the theme and the demo content okay, but despite following the documentation and searching the support comments, I cannot figure out how to change the background images connected to the Banner Blocks.

I have 3 pages where I want to change the banner image. At the moment they are set as follows:

About – Banner Block -> about-us-banner
Shop – Banner Block -> category-banner
Contact – Banner Block -> about-us-banner

If I go into Porto -> Templates Builder -> Block Builder I can see the blocks named above listed there. But if I click on ‘Edit with Elementor’ it opens a blank page like this and I cannot see where to set/change the image: https://prnt.sc/mj7bVQ8zXqK5

If you could advise, that would be awesome. :)

Thanks for providing me the URL and Login.
I have checked the situation on your site and found that in both of those blocks, the sections are Custom created using Custom Code, when you edit the Text Editor element you will find that code: https://postimg.cc/jLB5T172

You can simply use your own new element for image and set any image or content as per your requirements, OR import any banner using studio in the same block and change the content and images as per your requirements.

Following on from that, my next question is how can I add a new banner to another page.
For example, I was trying to change the banner at the top of the Contact page, and I’ve removed it somehow. How do I set it back up again?

Thank’s Aizaz, I really appreciate you putting that video together. I have spent hours on this today trying to replicate it and I keep messing things up. Its such a clunky process. :(

This is what I want to achieve:

Home Page -> No Banner required
About Us page -> About us banner (about-banner.jpg) – for some reason the height and title are wrong.
Blog Page -> News Banner (category-banner-news.jpg) – I can’t get this to show at all.
Contact Page -> Contact banner (category-banner-contact.jpg) – for some reason the height and title are wrong, and I cant remove your banner. :(

Shop Page -> Shop Banner (shop-banner.jpg) – This is the only page I can get to work they way I want.

Is there any chance you could set these pages (About/Blog/Contact) to have the correct banners and titles please?

Fantastic Aizaz, its so close to perfect.

Only issue is the About Us page is showing the header height as about 530 pixels instead of the height of the image, 300 px. but maybe this is because the Heading Text is in the wrong location ? Above image instead of overlay on the left side like the others? See here: https://prnt.sc/L8SyhuR6lhuY

1 minor issue though, there looks to be 10-15px padding/margin at the top of the banner.
