Hi everyone,
I’m currently working on a WooCommerce store using the Porto Theme for WordPress, and I’ve encountered an issue I hope someone can help me with.
I need to translate the content on the Cart page when it’s empty. I searched most of the options in the theme, but I can’t find where to do it.
Does it need any hard coding ?
Thanks

Please use the Loco translate plugin on your site. After installing the plugin please Navigate to Loco >> Themes >> Porto >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.
Also, please navigate to Loco >> Plugins >> Woocommerce >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.
Also, please Navigate to Loco >> Plugins >> Porto -functionality >> Edit the translation which you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.
Note:
1. Custom (recommended)
2. This is Loco’s protected folder under “wp-content/languages/loco/” which is safe from automatic updates and provides priority over the above locations.

If this folder doesn’t exist you may need to create it and ensure it has the correct permissions.

BUT
There are more words I can’t find where to translate them, like SHOW ALL
I wish I could give you access, but actually,y I’m still in development on my local. I want to make sure everything is working as expected since the website is already working and I’m switching to WordPress

May 17, 2025 at 5:29 am #30366Hello @fouadabd-elrazek,
I have translated the theme and plugin files, but the word is still not showing as translated, which means there is a cache issue on the site. Please remove all sorts of cache from the site and server, and then check back the site. I am sure after removing the cache from the site and server, the word will show translated.
