Invalid purchase code

        I’m working on a woocommerce site implemented by someone else on a child Porto theme.
        I have an issue on the product pages: the add-to-cart button disappeared.
        I guess because the theme is not updated and I not able to update it.
        If I try to update the theme, I will get the message “invalid purchase code”.
        At the same time, if I start the porto wizard setup, I will get the message that the purchase code is valid.
        I do not have access to Porto support, how can I solve it?

            We kindly request your attention to the following matter: Please navigate to Porto >> Theme License and proceed with the unregistration of the theme. Subsequently, we kindly ask you to re-register the theme using the same purchase code. Following this action, we recommend attempting the desired task once again.                     Hi Azaz

                    thanks for your reply.
                    I can’t find in the menu “Theme License”, at the same time I don’t have the purchase code because it was not inserted by me during the first configuration and I do not have access to the account who bought the purchase code.

                        I have the same problem
                        I bought the Porto Theme and now I wanted to update my theme in WP (Design/Themes) but it just show after a few seconds “purchase code is invalid”.

                            Hello, @miamay,

                            Please navigate to Porto >> Theme License and un-register the theme from there and then again register the theme with the same purchase code and then try to update the theme again.

                            Thanks for the reply. I tried to deactivate the license and enter it again.
                            But that did not solve my problem
