If you would like to modify/remove that header top in Porto WordPress WooCommerce Theme, then please navigate to Porto >> Theme Options >> Layout >> HTML Blocks and modify/remove the HTML code in the Top section as per your requirements.

i have the same problem. but the “HTML Blocks” are empty. so how can i edit or delete it
