Hi,
I plan to change the footer so what I did is create new block by duplicating top footer block in template builder, rename it to custom footer, and build the footer I want there.
After block created, I go to Appearance –> Widgets, set the Footer Widget 1 using Porto block (legacy widget), and it show up on the page but all the style is not there. I used Porto Heading, some list, but all the style is plan like a body text only.
Font settings, heading font setting, colors, all not showing. only text and the text alignment. What am I doing wrong? I used the porto heading element, but not even one H2 showing. What should I check?
I tried to choose back to porto default block for footer, but still the same, no styling theme font and color set up, only text and alignment.
please help, thank you

PThemes Team.May 31, 2023 at 8:13 am #1415Hi, thank you for your response,
When I tried to add new footer, it just direct me to the wordpress dashboard.
I went to Porto>Templates Builder>Add new (New Porto Builder pop up)> click Create Builder button, and then it goes back to WP dashboard.
That is also why I duplicate footer top block, using duplicate page plug in in the first place.
What should I do or check?
Thanks
May 31, 2023 at 12:02 pm #1419Hello, @sen_lau,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address the recent issues you have encountered on your website and propose a solution to resolve them.
After carefully examining the situation, it appears that the problem stems from a conflict caused by a third-party plugin. To resolve this issue, I recommend following the steps outlined below:
1. Disable all third-party plugins: In order to pinpoint the exact plugin responsible for the conflict, it is necessary to disable all third-party plugins temporarily. This will allow us to narrow down the source of the issue.
2. Check for issue resolution: Once the third-party plugins have been disabled, I kindly request that you revisit the website and verify if the problem has been resolved. With the plugins deactivated, we can determine whether the conflict persists.
3. Activate plugins systematically: To identify the specific plugin causing the conflict, I suggest reactivating each plugin individually and testing the website’s functionality after each activation. This step will enable us to isolate the problematic plugin and take appropriate measures.
It is of utmost importance to emphasize that prior to undertaking the aforementioned steps, it is strongly advised to perform a complete backup of your website. This precautionary measure will ensure the safety of your data and provide a restore point should any unforeseen issues arise during the troubleshooting process.
