Hi, thank you for your response,

When I tried to add new footer, it just direct me to the wordpress dashboard.

I went to Porto>Templates Builder>Add new (New Porto Builder pop up)> click Create Builder button, and then it goes back to WP dashboard.

That is also why I duplicate footer top block, using duplicate page plug in in the first place.

What should I do or check?

            Thanks

                Hello, @sen_lau,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to address the recent issues you have encountered on your website and propose a solution to resolve them.

After carefully examining the situation, it appears that the problem stems from a conflict caused by a third-party plugin. To resolve this issue, I recommend following the steps outlined below:

                1. Disable all third-party plugins: In order to pinpoint the exact plugin responsible for the conflict, it is necessary to disable all third-party plugins temporarily. This will allow us to narrow down the source of the issue.

                2. Check for issue resolution: Once the third-party plugins have been disabled, I kindly request that you revisit the website and verify if the problem has been resolved. With the plugins deactivated, we can determine whether the conflict persists.

                3. Activate plugins systematically: To identify the specific plugin causing the conflict, I suggest reactivating each plugin individually and testing the website’s functionality after each activation. This step will enable us to isolate the problematic plugin and take appropriate measures.

It is of utmost importance to emphasize that prior to undertaking the aforementioned steps, it is strongly advised to perform a complete backup of your website. This precautionary measure will ensure the safety of your data and provide a restore point should any unforeseen issues arise during the troubleshooting process.

If you require any assistance or encounter any challenges along the way, please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team. We are committed to resolving this matter promptly and efficiently, ensuring the smooth operation of your website.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter. We look forward to assisting you in rectifying the plugin conflict and restoring your website to its optimal functionality.

                Best Regards,
                PThemes Team.
