How are you?
One of my clients purchase the porto theme , I was the Woodmart fan and used for long time , but now the porto is so different in theme options and speed , the speed is perfect and it is matter to me.in this link https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/shortcodes/shortcodes/product-ajax-tab/#main there is ajax tab for precuts , it wont work until you use the English slug for category.
In my case , the site have organic click from google so we cannot to change the slugs of category’s. it must solved somehow by you, maybe you dident test it on your enviroment for rtl slugs.
Our language are not ltr , we are RTL. We are Persian.Hope it will fixed soon for next update.

Sorry for the inconvenience, we have just solved this issue and released the patch version, you can apply the patches by going to Porto >> Patcher, but before that please navigate to Porto >> Dashboard and activate the theme with your purchase code and then you will be able to apply the patches: https://postimg.cc/WDdRtRYt
After applying the patches please check back to your site after clearing the browser cache and let us know the result and your opinion.
