Show date modified in blog 5 grid listing instead of post-date

Hi, what is the best way to get to show Blog5 theme of porto the Date Modified instead of the post date in the grid?

I can get the query to do the gridlisting by date modified, but don’t want to show the users ‘how old’ the orginal post was.

By default, the published date is set to be displayed. You can control the display of the date by accessing the theme settings and navigating to “Posts.” This will allow you to configure the appearance according to your preferences.
