The last version of WP Bakery on my site is 6.11. In Porto Setup Wizard is seen as a plugin, but it shows failed when an update is attempted. How do I update WP Bakery to the latest version?

We will update the plugin in our theme package with the new upcoming update of the Theme, For now, please download the very latest version of the plugin by following the link under the private content area of this topic and manually update it on your site.

October 17, 2023 at 10:27 am #3106Unfortunately, we can not see private content area of this topic. And with today’s update still not updated WPBakery. When I try manually via setup wizard, it keeps failing to update. Can you solve this please? Thank you.

The Porto plugin is updated, the WPBakery is not update.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but the plugin is already updated to the very latest version in our theme.
First of all, please navigate to Porto >> Theme License and unregister the theme from there, and then again re-register the theme with the same purchase code.
After that please navigate to Appearance >> Install Plugins and try to update the plugins from there one by one.
I hope this will solve your issue and if not then please generate a fresh new topic here on our forum and share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials with your theme purchase code under the private content area of the topic, so that we can have a look into it for you on your site and help you out in resolving your issue.

Do you have an other tips to upgraded WP-Bakery (all my license are ok) ?
I obtain an Download Failed since autumn 2023 now.
