Hello, @root66,
Thanks for your contact.
We have made that menu on Shop Demo 45 under Appearance >> Menu.
And the class we have used for making the menu item as title and bold is (side-menu-sub-title)
We have used that CSS class in the Menu item, and also we for only set the link as # to those titles, we have used the Custom Menu item for it, please refer to this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/dLVdn1h9By following that screenshot and steps you can easily achieve your desired result.

PThemes Team.Hello, @root66,
Thank you for reaching out.
You can only use PNG and JPEG formats for the logo. If you’d like to use an SVG logo on your site, you can create a Custom Header by going to Porto >> Template Builder >> Header.
From there, you can add a Custom HTML element and insert your SVG icon code.
Please note that this method won’t function as a logo element.
I hope this clarifies things!

PThemes Team.Hello, @mikaeltuborg,
Unfortunately, this is not possible using theme options, this basically requires extra customization, so if you want to avail the paid customization services, you can fill out the form here: https://www.portotheme.com/customization/
Alternatively, you can try with any third party plugin as well that better suits your requirements.

Please go to Porto >> Theme License, unregister the theme license, and then re-register it using the same purchase code.
Next, head to Appearance >> Install Plugins and install and activate the plugins one by one. This should help resolve your issue.
If the problem persists, please share your site’s WP Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic. This will allow us to take a closer look and assist you further.

PThemes Team.Hello, @office-1573,
1. You’re correct, I tested it on my test site and found the same behavior. I consulted with the development team, and they confirmed that it’s designed to work only with the English slug. Therefore, you’ll need to use the English slug for it to function properly.
If you’d like to suggest support for other language slugs, you can submit a feature request on our forum here: https://www.portotheme.com/forums/topic/feature-request/. The development team will review it for future updates to the theme.
2. Currently, there is no option to modify the position of the products and banner within the element, as these are predetermined settings. The banner serves as the description for that specific category. If you wish to adjust the position, you may consider using Custom CSS for further customization.
3. This behavior occurs because of the Porto One Page category element’s functionality with Ajax scroll. When you first load the page, it displays the initial icon category. As you scroll down, the next category will load automatically. If you click on any icon before that category’s products have loaded, the page will simply jump to the bottom and wait for the content to load. This is the intended design.

PThemes Team.Hello, @shibcadesign,
We haven’t officially tested any reCAPTCHA plugins with our theme, so we can’t make specific recommendations. However, you might want to search online for third-party plugins that meet your needs.
Thank you for your understanding!

PThemes Team.Hello, @Γιώργος Κουκούσης,
You’re welcome! It sounds frustrating to deal with those HTTP 4xx errors. If it’s a data server issue, I recommend checking the server logs for more details. And try to reach out to your hosting provider about this concern.

1. Could you please share the page URL of the product having that issue, so that I can have a look into it for you on your site.
2. Please navigate to Porto >> Template Builder >> Header, edit the header with page builder, and then set the mobile header from there as per your requirements: Please refer to this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/H43O216X6VNe.png
