PThemes Team.Hello, @newinsk,
The site is having issues on both mobile and desktop. To address this, please follow these steps:
Flush the server cache and disable caching temporarily.
Clear the site cache and deactivate all cache plugins.
Disable third-party plugins.
Update your theme and any required or recommended plugins.
Clear your browser cache and check the site again.
This should help resolve the issue. Once you confirm the problem is fixed, you can reactivate third-party plugins one by one.Best Regards,
PThemes Team.Hello, @stnzx,
In order to solve your issue, please read and follow the instructions written in our theme documentation here: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/how-to-edit-remove-rename-and-reorder-product-data-tabs/

PThemes Team.Hello, @khalidzainal,
Could you please share the theme purchase code with me under the private content area of this topic, so that I can check and reset it for you, and then you have to re-register the theme again on the final site with the same purchase code.
Best Regards,
PThemes Team.Hello, @mrv63,
It appears that the “Addify” plugin you’re using is not listed among the compatible plugins for our theme, as confirmed on the item main page. This mismatch seems to be causing the conflict between the plugin and our theme, which would require additional code customization to ensure compatibility.
Please note that our support is limited to issues related to the theme options only. Code customization falls outside the scope of our theme support policy and is beyond our capabilities.
If you need assistance with customizing the plugin to work with our theme, we offer paid customization services. You can request these services by filling out the form here: https://www.portotheme.com/customization/

Could you please share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials under the private content area of this topic so that I can have a look into it for you on your site and help you out?

PThemes Team.Hello, @Γιώργος Κουκούσης,
Please try to use the below given CSS code below, it will hide two prices and will only show the grand total price:
.wapf-product-totals .wapf--inner div:first-child, .wapf-product-totals .wapf--inner div:nth-child(2) { display: none !important; }Best Regards,
PThemes Team.Hello, @Γιώργος Κουκούσης,
Ok, please remove the code that I shared with you and show those totals again, and share the page URL as well, so that I can check it for you, if all the prices will have different classes then it will be possible to only show the grand total and hide others and if all will have the same classes then it might not be possible.
Best Regards,
PThemes Team.Hello, @Γιώργος Κουκούσης,
Those tags are coming from the third-party plugin: Advanced Product Fields for WooCommerce so in order to remove them you can use the Custom CSS code, please copy and paste the below given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.
.single-product .wapf-product-totals { display: none !important; }Best Regards,
PThemes Team.Hello, @Γιώργος Κουκούσης,

Aizaz from PThemes.Hello, @czakomarko,
The phrase: “Now copy the wishlist link and share it anywhere” is already translated on your site but the price string is not translating and as you know it is coming from the plugin, so I suggest you to please try to contact Yith WooCommerce Ajax Wishlist plugin support once for this issue.

Best Regards,
PThemes Team.Hello, @mike1,
You have to translate the string into the theme language files.
You can use the loco translate plugin for it.
