PThemes Team.Hello, @hadlocksean,
I have again checked your site and this is what your site theme options look like: https://postimg.cc/gw3SVSVx
I suggest you, please try to disable all the third-party plugins on your site except Theme Required/Recommended plugins, and check back your site after clearing the browser cache, might be any additional/extra third-party plugins conflicting on your site and creating that issue. If this will resolve your issue then again you have to activate all the third-party plugins one by one and check which one is creating the issue on your site, and try to reach out to the Plugin Author for further help on this.
And if the issue will still persist then please remain all the third-party plugins deactivated on your site and provide me permission to debug your site which includes deactivating all the third-party plugins and on site Customization as well.
Note: Please take the complete backup of your site before following the above steps as that might affect your site.
Best Regards,
PThemes Team.Hello, @hadlocksean,
I understand that you are interested in creating a page on your website where you can display a form that is currently hosted on a separate website. You would like the form to appear on your site without redirecting the user to another site.
Unfortunately, there is no built-in functionality in the theme settings to accomplish this, and it would require extra customization.
However, I have found a website, https://embed.ly/, where you can embed website pages and use the code on your site. Please note that using this service is at your own risk.
Alternatively, you can try using a third-party plugin from the WP Market, also at your own risk, or you can contact our customization team at https://www.portotheme.com/customization/ for their paid services.
I hope this clarifies the situation for you.
Best Regards,
PThemes Team.Hello, @shinestar,
Based on the screenshots you provided, it appears that the issue with your home page slider is that the images are not scaling properly on larger displays. This can be caused by a number of factors, including the size and resolution of the images.
We suggest you to please try with the below given CSS code, Please copy and paste the below given CSS code to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skin >> Custom CSS and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.
@media(min-width: 1650px) and (max-width: 4000px){
.home .feature-container .vc_slide .vc_carousel-inner .vc_item .vc_inner img {
object-position: 0px -250px
}
}Hope this helps in resolving your issue.
Best Regards,

Hello, @sarah-5068,
Thank you for your message and for providing me with the information regarding the “Posts Grid” and the dynamic content in the widget settings.
I understand that you would like to set the link on the entire content or on the post’s image as well. In order to do so, you will need to edit the “Post Layout” block in the Template Builder. From there, you can enable the link and set it according to your requirements.
Please refer to the attached images for a better understanding of the process.

PThemes Team.Hello, @seanh,
Please correct me if I am wrong, you want the same menu item as book now on your site and when click on it, the new page will open having the form on it, then the user will fill out that form. Right?
If so, then we suggest you to please navigate to WP-Dashboard >> Pages and create the new page, set your form in that page using Custom HTML or using your booking plugin, and then publish it.
After that please navigate to Appearance >> Menu and add that page as a menu item from there, save changes, and check back to your site after clearing the browser cache.
Best Regards,
PThemes Team.Hello, @seanh,
To embed a URL on a page, you can use HTML code to create a hyperlink. Here are the steps you can follow to embed a booking form URL on your WordPress website:
1. First, locate the page where you want to add the booking form URL in your WordPress admin panel and click on the “Edit” button to edit the page.
2. Next, position your cursor where you want to place the booking form URL and click on the “elements” button of the page builder and insert the Custom HTML element to that page.
3. In the Custom HTML block, paste the HTML code for the hyperlink to the booking form URL. Here’s an example code you can use:
<a href="https://www.example.com/booking-form">Book Now</a>In this code, replace “https://www.example.com/booking-form” with the actual URL of your booking form, and “Book Now” with the text you want to use for the hyperlink.
4. After pasting the HTML code, click on the “Preview” button to see how the hyperlink looks on your page. If you’re satisfied with the preview, click on the “Update” button to save the changes to your page.
Your booking form URL should now be embedded on your WordPress page as a hyperlink that visitors can click on to access the form.
Best Regards,

Hello, @seanh,
Thanks for providing the Login details, I have just logged in to your site and found the error when saving the theme options, please refer to this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/vcF2Gthv
First of all, you should have to solve this error and then apply the changes from the theme options.
Most of the time that issue is because of your server, It turns out the issue is that trying to save changes in the Porto Theme Settings is triggering ModSec rule 300015 for some reason, which is an SQL injection protection rule, so you have to disable this rule server-wide until you are in the development process, as the ModSec rule that was getting triggered is one of the standard WHM/cPanel rules as of one of the newer versions, so more and more servers are going to have this rule enabled by default.
So please contact your hosting provider and ask to solve it for you on your site.

PThemes Team.Hello, @marianogutierrez,
I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to address an issue regarding the layout of your category page. The thing is when creating a custom layout we take care of these requirements. There are widgets available for “Sorting, Count, and Grid/list style” You can simply add them to your custom layout. You can view the widgets in the following image: https://postimg.cc/rdfn4rTK With the help of these widgets you will be able to achieve the product navigation bar on your custom layout.
If you require any further assistance with this matter, please do not hesitate to let me know.
Thank you for your time and attention.

PThemes Team.Hello, @avingudahaze,
We kindly request you to please generate a fresh new topic for every single new issue you will face as this will allow us to understand your issue properly and also would help you to understand our reply properly as well. Thanks for your understanding.
Regarding your issue: I have successfully identified the issue on your website and have implemented a workaround to resolve it.
To begin, please navigate to the Dashboard and select Block from the Template Builder menu. From there, create a new block and ensure that the widget attribute is properly set as illustrated in the following image: https://postimg.cc/qt8F2xcC
Once you have created the block, proceed to the Appearance menu and select Widgets. From there, add the PORTO Block widget to the Woo Category Sidebar and place the newly created block within it as shown in the following image: https://postimg.cc/PL3w3BMG
After completing these steps, please clear your browser cache and revisit your website page. Your issue should now be resolved.
Best Regards,
