            Hello, @hadlocksean,

            Thanks for your patience, we have solved your issue and now your site is back again with the very latest version of the Porto WordPress Theme and plugins. Please check back to your site again now after clearing the browser cache.

            And regarding your main issue, I have found the cause of the issue as well.
            Let me explain it to you.

            As explained by you in your very first message:

            Site Layout Mode as “Container”
            Page Layout as “without sidebar”
            Banner Wrapper as “Wide”

            That is totally true and working perfectly fine, the issue on your site was because of the Header View, you selected it as “Fixed” and when you select it as Fixed it appears over the content, and that was happening on your site as well, actually the image has been set as the breadcrumb background image but not the header image, so I have chosen the Header as “Default” from Porto >> Theme Options >> Header and it worked. Now the site header is full width and you can change the header color from Porto >> Theme Options >> Header >> Styling as per your requirements, Please refer to the screenshots listed below:

                Hello, @zekikaynaktr,

                I’m sorry to hear that you’re experiencing issues with your website’s speed after installing WP Rocket.

                I have tested your site on GTMatrix and here is the result: https://gtmetrix.com/reports/www.trendmore.com.tr/B3Ghm0lo/ it’s really not good.

                We would recommend using the Theme Speed Optimization Wizard as well to speed up your site. We have the detailed documentation on Speed up the site, please refer to our theme documentation here: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/?s=how+to+speed+up+the+site

                And for the shopping cart icon, as you wrote that you are using the WP Rocket cache plugin, so make sure to remove the cart, checkout, and account pages being cached from WP Rocket >> Settings >> Advanced Rules.

                Hope this will resolve your issue.

                Best Regards
                PThemes Team.

                    Hello, @mike-7136,

                    After following the instructions provided in your other topic here: https://www.portotheme.com/forums/topic/porto-woocommerce-order-order-details-php-version-4-6-0-is-out-of-date-the-core/#post-1107 if you still face this issue, then there are a few steps you can take to resolve the issue:

                    Check the file path: Make sure that the file path specified in the error message is correct. Double-check that the file is in the correct location and that the file name is spelled correctly.

                    Clear your browser cache: It’s possible that your browser has cached an older version of the website, which could be causing the missing file error. Try clearing your browser cache and then refreshing the page.

                    Disable browser extensions: Some browser extensions can interfere with website functionality, including loading files. Try disabling any browser extensions you have installed and see if that resolves the issue.

                    Check for server errors: If the missing file is hosted on a server, it’s possible that there is a server error that is causing the file to not be found. Try contacting the website administrator to see if they are aware of any server issues.

                    Use a different browser: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, try using a different browser to see if the missing file error persists. If it does not, then the issue may be specific to your original browser and you may need to troubleshoot further.

                    Best Regards,
                    PThemes Team.

                            Hello, @sarah-5068,

                            I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to inform you that we have identified an issue with the related post widget in the Gutenberg Builder not being available with the PORTO WordPress theme.

                            Unfortunately, the PORTO theme does not include this default-related post widget in the Gutenberg Builder. However, there are alternative options that we can explore in order to achieve similar functionality.

                            You can read this article from WordPress: https://wordpress.com/support/related-posts/

                            You can either look for a third-party plugin that provides a related post widget for the Gutenberg Builder or you can explore custom development options to add this functionality to the theme.

                            Please let me know which option you would prefer to proceed with, and I will be happy to provide you with further details and recommendations.

                            Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

                            Kind Regards,
                            PThemes Team.

                                Hello, @shinestar,

                                Thank you for sharing the screenshots to help me better understand the issue you are facing. Upon reviewing the screenshots, it appears that the issue is specific to mobile device resolutions.

                                In order to resolve this issue, I would like to suggest that you try using the following CSS code in the theme options.

                                Please navigate to “Skins” and select “Custom CSS”. Once there, please copy and paste the code into the bottom of the black box and click on “save settings”. After saving, please clear your browser cache and check back to your issue.

                                CSS Code:

                                @media(max-width:575px){
                                .feature-container .vc_slide .vc_carousel-inner .vc_item{height:auto !important;
                                }
                                }

                                I hope this solution will help to resolve your issue. Please let me know if you require any further assistance.

                                Best Regards,
                                PThemes Team.

                                                        Glad to hear that you were able to find a workaround for your issue. However, I understand your frustration with having to use multiple builders to achieve certain functionalities.

                                                        Unfortunately, the availability of features may vary between different page builders, and it’s not always possible to enable everything for every builder.

                                                        Nonetheless, I will pass on your feedback to our development team for future consideration.

                                                        Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
