Unfortunately, there is no option in the theme for changing the single product tabs tags, you can try with some custom code or third-party plugin that better suits your requirements.

I see, so to show the short description on the shop page under the product title, you first need to create the custom shop page from Porto >> Template Builder >> Product Archives, You have to use the “Type Builder Archive” element, and when you edit that element you will find the option to choose the “Post Layout”: https://postimg.cc/1nKPNy3V
Now before choosing the post layout, you have to create it, and for that you need to navigate to Porto >> Template Builder >> Post Type, create the new post type from there, whether import using studio, or create the custom, then use “Woo short description” element at any place as per your requirements, please refer to this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/754VKDHZ

On a custom single product page you can show it, please navigate to Porto >> Template Builder >> Single Product and edit the Custom layout from there, and then you can use the “Porto Ultimate Heading” element and choose the main heading as dynamic (WooCommerce) > Woo field (Product Short Description)

You are right, it picks the latest product when editing the template builder, and this is the default functionality, you can not change it, it does not have any option for it, you can request it as a feature request for the future upcoming updates of the theme.

I just checked your site and confirmed that the Porto Functionality version you’re using is already up to date, so there’s no need to be concerned. It seems the plugin scanning your site might be experiencing an issue. I recommend either ignoring the warning or reaching out to the plugin author to ask which specific part of the plugin file has the vulnerability, so we can investigate further.
We’ve thoroughly tested our entire theme and haven’t found any issues.

I have logged in to your site and checked the settings, I found you are using multiple custom templates for your products, the one named “Installation Service” also there: https://ottawahousesigns.ca/wp-admin/post.php?post=1795&action=elementor
When I edited the “Installation Service” custom template with the Elementor page builder, I found that you did not use the element for the product description, so I added that element on the page: https://postimg.cc/dLdCpTtQ and save the changes.
After that, I went to the products and edited the particular product, now the section is there to add the elements and content to your product as a description as per your requirements: https://ottawahousesigns.ca/wp-admin/post.php?post=1615&action=elementor

Please navigate to Porto >> Theme License and unregister the theme license from there, then re-register the theme with the same purchase code again, after that navigate to Appearance >> Themes and make sure to update the theme first, after that try to update the plugins from Appearance >> Install plugins one by one and finally check back again.
