Hello, @desiweb,
Website speed depends on various factors that we do not control; what we can do is share the links that can help you with speed optimization.
For better performance, we recommend following the steps below on your site:
1- Have as few plugins as possible on your site. Each plugin puts an extra load on your server.
2- Use a caching plugin on your site. We recommend WP Rocket. If you are using the WP Rocket cache plugin on your website, then you do not need to enable all options. Enable the one-by-one option and check your website speed.
3- Use a CDN service on your site. We recommend Cloudflare or RocketCDN.
4- Enable gzip compression for your site on your server.
Additionally, I recommend reviewing the theme documentation on the site performance and speed here: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/?s=speed
For further analysis and recommendations, you may also want to test your site with GTmetrix https://gtmetrix.com/. This tool can provide you with actionable recommendations to further enhance your website performance.
Alternatively, you can look for paid customization services.
We trust that you will find this information useful in improving your website performance.

Ok, then please check the free shipping with some default WordPress or WooCommerce theme on your site (Twenty Twenty-Five and Storefront) and check the behavior. If the issue persists with the default theme as well, then we kindly suggest you to reach out to WooCommerce support for further assistance.

PThemes Team.Hello, @demohat2017,
You can always download the very latest version of the plugins with the theme update, for the time being, you can download the latest updated plugin version from this link: https://m.dropmefiles.com.ua/en/c6Lfm9H and manually update it on your site.

I noticed that your site is currently using an outdated version of the theme and plugins. Please update them to the latest versions. Additionally, disable all third-party plugins, and then clear the server, site, and browser cache. After that, check again to see if the issue is resolved. If it is, you can reactivate the third-party plugins one by one to identify which one is causing the problem.

Unfortunately, there isn’t a free delivery option with conditions available with that specific theme feature. You may need to explore third-party plugins or custom code to meet your requirements.

Then you can try with the “Porto Heading” element and choose its dynamic tags option as per your requirements.

PThemes Team.Hello, @tomaszthiel1,
Since you mentioned that your product page is built with WP Bakery, please go to Porto >> Template Builder >> Single Product. From there, edit the custom layout using the WP Bakery Page Builder and add any elements anywhere on the page according to your requirements.

Please go to Porto > Dashboard, unregister the theme license, and then re-register it using the same purchase code. Afterward, navigate to Appearance > Themes and update the theme. If the issue persists, you can try updating manually by following the instructions in the theme documentation here: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/update-theme/

PThemes Team.Hello, @galltunde,
You can always get the latest updates for the Premium plugins through the theme update in the Theme Package. There’s no need to activate or purchase a new license for these plugins, as they are already included in the theme package and the license has been purchased by P-Themes. The activation message is meant for those who wish to update the plugin directly from their website. In our case, you can always receive the updated plugin with the theme update release.
We hope this information helps.
Best Regards,
PThemes Team. -
