Hello, @fynnbruil,
Thank you for sharing your concerns, and I truly apologize for the confusion and disappointment this has caused. I completely understand your frustration.
We are constantly working on improving our templates and communication. In the future, we will make sure to provide more clarity regarding the page builders used in the demos and ensure consistency across all elements. We appreciate your feedback and will definitely take it into account when updating our templates, so that we can offer a better experience moving forward.
Regarding the forms issue, feel free to share any details in a separate topic, and we’ll do our best to resolve that for you as well.
Thank you for your understanding and patience!
Best regards,
PThemes Team.Hello, @moose2389,
Please follow these steps:
1. Go to **Products** >> **Categories**, then edit the specific category. Add or insert the category description as shown in this screenshot: [Category Description Screenshot] ( https://postimg.cc/9rGL2FLG ).
2. Next, navigate to **Porto** >> **Template Builder**, and edit the **Shop Custom layout**. Alternatively, hover over the category content and click on the **”Tooltip”** icon: [Tooltip Screenshot] ( https://postimg.cc/BXcBy7vp ).
3. Use the **”Archive Description”** element and place it anywhere on the page: [Archive Description Screenshot] ( https://postimg.cc/RNRwG3Pb ).
4. Publish the changes and check your site after clearing the browser cache: [Clear Cache Screenshot] ( https://postimg.cc/DmhggKv0 ).

PThemes Team.Hello, @fynnbruil,
Yes, it is possible, but we generally do not recommend using multiple page builders on the same site. This is because they can sometimes conflict with each other. For example, if you create a page with WP Bakery and then edit it with Elementor, it may break the entire page, and there will be no way to recover it unless you have a backup. Alternatively, you can create a new page and use the builder of your choice (WP Bakery or Elementor) on that page only.
As always, please make sure to take a full backup of your site before proceeding.
Best Regards,
PThemes Team.Hello, @fynnbruil,
You’re correct—the “blockquote” element is only available with WP Bakery and is not currently included in Elementor. However, you can submit it as a feature request on our forum for consideration in future theme updates.
Best Regards,
PThemes Team.Hello @lukew,
Please be aware that a single license is valid for only one live URL, as per Envato’s policy. This applies to all themes on ThemeForest, so you may want to verify this directly with Envato.
Regarding the use of the license on a test site, please refer to the guidelines in our theme documentation here: [Theme Registration Instructions]( https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/how-to-register-porto/ ).
Alternatively, for your specific query about using the license on a test or local site, please follow these steps:
1. Install the theme on the test/local site.
2. Register the theme with the purchase code on the test/local site.
3. Use the test/local site. Before migrating the test/local site to the live site or using the license on a fresh WordPress installation for the live site, you must deregister the license from the test/local site by navigating to *Porto >> Theme License*.
Afterwards:
1. Migrate the test/local site to the live/final site or install the theme on a fresh WordPress installation for the live site.
2. Register the theme again on the live site using the same purchase code. This process should work as intended.
Best regards,
PThemes TeamHello, @barryhynd,
Let me try to explain it to you again.
Services: Porto has a built-in Post Type named “Event” and in this demo, we have changed its name to “Service” as shown in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/svXbZrc5
So basically that services page is the archive page: https://barryhynd.co.uk/services/ and it shows all the services on it that you create under the services post type: https://postimg.cc/fJrpcr2p
Now if you are logged in to the site and hover over the content on the services page you will find a popup to edit with named: “service archive” which indicates that the layout applied on that section is custom-built under Porto >> Template Builder >> Archive: https://postimg.cc/TKn0K7Zr you can simply click on that popup tooltip and it will take you to the Elementor editor of that section, https://postimg.cc/8sqLLddw https://barryhynd.co.uk/wp-admin/post.php?post=3889&action=elementor and now if you check it closely, you can see the “Archive Posts Grid” element has been used for the content, so you can edit it and modify as per your requirements.
And also you can see we have used the custom style to show the services as well: https://postimg.cc/G9sy380D so you can edit it and modify it from Porto >> Template builder >> Post Type >> service: https://postimg.cc/HVD7rYHh https://barryhynd.co.uk/wp-admin/post.php?post=3358&action=edit (Only editable with default WP Editor)
This is how it works.
Engagement: Same as for Services, That is pre-built Post Type “Portfolio”, we have used the Custom page “Engagement” and set is as an archive page for Portfolio: https://postimg.cc/XG5YW5Z7
Further please follow the same steps and procedure that I explained above for services and it will work for you.
If you have any further concern, please feel free to write back to us.
We are always here to help you.Best Regards,
PThemes Team.Hello, @barryhynd,

Could you please provide your site Cpanel URL and Credentials as well, so that I will check the settings and help you out.
I tried to increase the PHP max execution time using the command: https://www.a2hosting.com/kb/developer-corner/php/using-php-directives-in-custom-htaccess-files/setting-the-php-maximum-execution-time-in-an-htaccess-file/ in htaccess file and it did not worked.
