Your issue has been solved, please check back to your site now after clearing the browser cache, It was the plugin creating the issue on your site (Templatera), I simply disabled it to resolve your issue.

Just checked your provided video, and found that services pages are editing properly with Elementor page builder, and Home page also loads with Elementor page builder at the end, then I tried to check your site myself, edited your home page with Elementor page builder, and its working fine: https://pasteboard.co/kPUm1Vbe6tBZ.png
I suggest you to try again, and if I am not getting your point, then please explain in detail.

It seems that the issue may be related to a conflict with a third-party plugin or a customization in your child theme.
1. Please try disabling all third-party plugins on your site and clear the cache. Afterward, check if the issue is resolved. If it is, reactivate each plugin one by one to identify the one causing the issue.
2. Alternatively, you can switch to the parent theme and check if the issue persists.

1. “Please change the Menu Type to ‘Popup Menu’, If you want to use the hamburger menu.”
This instruction is for the Desktop menu, as if you would like to use the Hamburger menu type on the desktop, then you can use that option, however, on the mobile version, every menu type automatically changes to the Hamburger mobile menu.

1. You can edit the header by editing the elements used in it from here: https://plantaboost.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=6965&action=edit
2. To add the custom HTML code to the header, you can use the RAW HTML element in the header and set it as per your requirements: https://postimg.cc/CRLZD5gG
