The issue you are facing is because you are using the Full Site Editing Mode on your site, please navigate to Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Full Site Editing and uncheck it from there, save changes, and check back to your site again after clearing the browser cache.

Hello, @michaellake,
First of all, we do not use Chat GPT for our response as we are professionals and we only reply with tested solutions.
And regarding your issue, It does not relate to our theme, We kindly request that you check the issue by activating the default WordPress Theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Three, to ensure that the issue persists regardless of the theme.
If the issue persists, it would indicate that the issue is not related to our theme and you would need to reach out to WordPress support for assistance.
If the issue is resolved with the default WordPress theme, it should also be resolved with our theme.

PThemes Team.Hello, @michaellake,
The error message suggests that the table ‘wp_xpdypy725k_product_catmeta’ does not exist in the database. This can be caused by a number of reasons, such as the table being renamed, deleted, or corrupted. To fix this issue, you can try the following steps:
1. Verify that the table exists:
You can check if the table exists in the database by running the following SQL query:
SHOW TABLES LIKE ‘wp_xpdypy725k_product_catmeta’;
If the table does not exist, you may need to recreate it or restore it from a backup.2. Check the database prefix:
Make sure that the database prefix in the SQL query matches the actual prefix used in your WordPress installation. You can check this by looking at the wp-config.php file in your WordPress root directory.3. Check for errors in other plugins:
It is also possible that a plugin is causing the error. You can try disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and checking if the error disappears. If it does, you can then re-enable the plugins one by one to identify the culprit.Best Regards,
PThemes Team.Hello, @fazihuzzamaanrasheed,
Thanks for the time to write the request here.
You can use the “Porto Post Grid” element on your site, and choose the “content source” as “Terms” and also “Taxonomy” as “Product Tags” please refer to this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/Bj7ZvTNj it will help you in achieving your desired result.
Kind Regards,
pThemes Team.Hello, @raoufcherire,
Thanks for your reply back, If you read here: https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard it is clearly mentioned from Envato that “Number of end products” only 1, whether it will be a regular license or the Extended one.
Kind Regards,
PThemes Team.Hello, @raoufcherire,
Thanks for your contact.
One single regular license is for the one single live URL only, this is Envato Policy and with all the themes on the ThemeForest, you may wish to confirm from them as well. You can read the Envato license policies here: https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
And further you can read our theme documentation based on the license here: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/how-to-register-porto/
Hope this helps.

PThemes Team.Hello, @Steve Good,
Thanks for choosing our theme and for contacting us.
Actually, in that demo, we created that home page slider using the Static Blocks, If you edit the particular page and scroll below, you will find the page options, and under page options, you will find “Banner Type” set as “Banner Block”, please refer to this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/zVyBtYVJ
So please go to Porto >> Template Builder >> Blocks and finds and edit the particular block with Elemntor page builder, please refer to this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/1nzP8DF9
After editing, you have to edit the column under the inner section and change the “Banner Image” as per your requirements: https://postimg.cc/8JdKgYcc
Hope this helps.
