You are requesting for these layouts:
1. Product Archive Page Template (To sort all categories, (+) (OR) sub-categories ‘can select from options’ )
2. Product Shop Page Template (To sort all products related from the above category page)-> Main Shop Page
3. Single Product Template (To display the product selected from the shop page)
Our theme has two, for now, a Product archive and a single product. The product archive is the one for the shop and categories pages as well. You can set multiple layouts in the product archive for the shop page and category page and set them on the specific pages you want using the display condition button: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/display-condition/ This is how it works.
