I’d also like to add a request to customize the button colors on the cart and product page from the Theme panel. More generally, it would be nice to have more customization options for the cart page and the checkout process.

Hello, I am trying to set up the Porto one page category plugin, but when I change the slug to cyrillic, the plugin stops working and everything disappears from the page where it used to show products. When I rename the slug to Latin and everything starts working correctly. My request is, can this be fixed in your next version of the theme?

It would be helpful if POSTS GRID could combine (AND relation) taxonomies.

Example: If I have the Woocommerce taxonomies “color” and “size”, I could show all red products and all xl-size products together, but I can’t combine it, so it shows only RED+XL-SIZE products.

Unfortunately, the WordPress attributes do not work for me in the selection. I can neither type in “Adidas” from your demo data nor enter the term ID in the shortcode.
If these are not yet supported, then they would also be important as a feature request.

POSTS GRID has the important “CUSTOM QUERY” option where you can enter own WP_Query commands. Thats great!

But it does not support “LOAD MORE” or ajax endless scroll. Please add it!

Here’s another suggestion for the template theme options panel: please add a section to control button colors (hover, border, border radius) for primary and secondary buttons (incldungin woocommerce buttons (like add to cart, view cart) and account buttons.

I’m adding another request : is it possible to have different menus on mobile as it is possible to set different menus on desktop ?
In the element Porto Menu Navigation => there is a “location” option that allows user to select any menu there but this option is not available for Porto Mobile Menu Icon.

Hello! I hope you are doing great.

I have an important suggestion for your Porto theme, if your team consider to implement it. As a wordpress user the biggest problem every owner faces is SPAM (Fake) registration by various spammers. It leads to junk users data in wordpress website.

My suggestion is if you add Phone OTP verificaiton during registration of the user. Google Firebase is very famous and easy to install and I have a few themes that are using this feature in their themes.

I have a few website and the sites where I am using phone verificaiton there are only real and genuine users registered. On the other hand the sites that doesn’t have Phone verification, its user list is big and maximum users are SPAM.

Google firebase provides 10 sms/per day free (https://img001.prntscr.com/file/img001/N2pMPNHdTsy-nlKWq3IZrA.png ) and extra sms would be chargeable. Here is google firebase pricelist (https://cloud.google.com/identity-platform/pricing#for_phone_authentication_and_multi-factor_authentication ).

I hope your team will consider to add this important function in this theme. It will be beneficial to your every customer who have been using your porto theme.

I will suggest here a (for me) very important feature.

In the Porto Post Grid I’m missing the option to filter for “Recently added products” in Woocommerce.
Right now it is only possible for “recently viewed”. That is not the same.

You can only use this filter now with Gutenberg but not with WPBakery and Porto Stylings.

PLEASE ADD IT SOON. IT IS IMPORTANT.

Starting from June 19, 2026, new EU consumer protection requirements will introduce a mandatory online Withdrawal Button (sometimes referred to as a Cancellation Button) for applicable e-commerce stores.

I would like to request support for this functionality in the Porto theme for WooCommerce, so store owners can comply with the upcoming EU requirements without relying on additional plugins or custom code.

Ideally, this feature could include:
– A Withdrawal button available in the customer account / order details page;
– Availability only for eligible orders and within the withdrawal period;
– Support for custom order statuses (e.g. “Withdrawal requested”);
– Email notifications;
– Compatibility with WooCommerce refund workflows.

This would help Porto users remain compliant with upcoming EU regulations and simplify implementation.
