PThemes Team.Hello, @bold-promo,
In the Porto theme, you can enable maintenance mode for your site. To find this option, navigate to Porto >> Theme Options >> General. For reference, check this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/B898RGcC. Activating this option will set the site to maintenance mode, preventing users from accessing or previewing it.
If you need password protection instead, consider using a third-party plugin from WP Market. Here are a couple of plugins you might find useful: https://wordpress.org/plugins/password-protected/ and https://wordpress.org/plugins/password-protect-page/
Please use these at your own risk.

Thank you for explaining your issue and sharing access to your site with us. I have checked the site and did not find any problems as described in your message. To help you understand better, I recorded a video: https://www.veed.io/view/77ed8fbb-b117-407a-908d-c5b470492065?panel=share
It appears you are experiencing a cache issue. I noticed that you are using cache plugins on your site. Please disable the cache plugins and contact your service provider to flush the server cache completely. Finally, clear your browser cache and check your site again. This should resolve your issue.

PThemes Team.Hello, @mrv63,
Firstly, the content on the My Account page is directly sourced from the WooCommerce plugin via a shortcode. Attempting to edit this page reveals only the shortcode, as the WooCommerce plugin restricts direct editing of this page. Our theme lacks provisions for altering this functionality, and any modifications would necessitate additional customization beyond our support scope.
Should you desire customization, our dedicated team offers paid services for this purpose, accessible through the following link: https://www.portotheme.com/customization/
OR you can try with some third party plugin that better suits your requirements but at your own risk.
Secondly, a similar constraint applies to the review tab. Enabling the reviews option in the WooCommerce plugin settings activates the reviews tab on individual product pages, allowing users to view and submit product feedback by default. WooCommerce manages these reviews in a tabular format by default, which cannot be altered or customized.

PThemes Team.Hello, @Organd,
Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Firstly, I’ve conducted the same test on our test site using the latest version of the theme. You can view the results here: https://postimg.cc/v1V3cQ69 , https://postimg.cc/64y7pQ8x . It appears that the issue is specific to your end. To resolve this, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme. If not, kindly take a complete backup of your site, disable all third-party plugins, and then update the theme by following the instructions outlined in this article: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/update-theme/ . Once the theme is updated, navigate to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Install plugins, update any necessary plugins, and then check if the issue persists by clearing your browser cache.

PThemes Team.Hello, @admin-0784,
I’m glad to hear it worked! Just to clarify, ‘porto_cp_wishlist’ isn’t a special plugin developed by Porto. If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to ask!
Have a nice weekend.
Best Regards,
PThemes Team. -
