Hello, @nickstoppelenburg,
Yes the WP Bakery is included in the theme package.

Got it, thanks for sharing the screenshot. Let me clarify something for you. In the categories menu, it’s important to organize the menu items to ensure they are fully visible. Introducing a scroll bar within the menus could lead to unexpected issues. For instance, if we enable scrolling to display all the menu items in the main categories dropdown, the sub-menu items might not appear properly due to the presence of the scroll bar. That’s why I suggest dividing your menu items into categories or finding another method to ensure all menu items are visible on the screen without the need for scrolling. I hope this explanation makes sense and clears up any confusion.

Apologies for the inconvenience. I noticed that the link on your site isn’t functioning for me today, even after trying through a proxy. You can review the issue in the screenshot provided here: https://postimg.cc/crzYZKZR . Could you please provide the updated admin access in the private content area of this topic, ensuring you’ve taken a full backup of your site beforehand?

PThemes Team.Hello, @Γιώργος Κουκούσης,
The brand filter is essentially a product attribute established in the dashboard under Products > Attributes: https://postimg.cc/mht3y18g . It’s then configured in the sidebar via Appearance > Widgets. Check out this example: https://postimg.cc/pmXLKzJ0 . If you wish to remove the filter, you can do so from there. However, if you want to modify the brand filter, you’ll need to make changes in Products > Attributes as previously explained. I hope this clarifies things.

Thank you for providing us with access that’s up and running. I recently tweaked the “add to cart” button color via the theme options, and the adjustments swiftly reflected on the product archive pages of our site. Everything seems to be operating smoothly. For a clearer understanding, please take a look at the screenshots below:

Apologies for any inconvenience caused. The issue lies in the access shared for the store manager (https://postimg.cc/SjvcNyyZ), which currently prevents me from accessing the theme settings (https://postimg.cc/VSgCywGW). Could you kindly provide super admin access here? This will enable me to thoroughly examine the settings and offer an effective solution.

PThemes Team.Hello, @chrishayes,
Unfortunately, changing the icon directly from the theme settings isn’t an option, which is why setting a custom icon there isn’t possible. However, you can still achieve this by utilizing custom CSS code in the Porto theme’s settings. Here’s how:
1. Navigate to Porto >> Theme Options >> Skins >> Custom CSS.
2. Obtain the desired icon code from the Porto icon site, accessible via the browser’s inspection tool. The icon site link is: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/shortcodes/icons/
3. Choose an icon from the link provided.
4. Once you’ve selected your icon, retrieve its code as demonstrated in this example: https://postimg.cc/pmtxDFWp
5. Copy the icon code and proceed to Dashboard >> Porto >> Theme Options >> Skins >> Custom CSS.
6. Paste your CSS code into the provided CSS box. Ensure that you have the appropriate CSS class where the style will be applied. In this case, the CSS class is “.porto-icon-plus:before{}”
7. Save your changes.Following these steps should allow you to successfully set a custom icon. I hope this explanation helps clarify the process for you.

PThemes Team.Hello, @chrishayes,
Apologies for any inconvenience caused by the issue you’re encountering with our theme on your site. Let me clarify.
The management of product images is primarily handled by the WooCommerce plugin itself. By default, WooCommerce provides an option to configure the sizes of product images. You can locate this option under Appearance >> Customize >> WooCommerce >> Product Images. Apart from this, our theme doesn’t directly influence this aspect.
It’s worth noting that WooCommerce recommends using images with a resolution of 800×800 pixels, which is considered optimal for website display. For further insights, you can refer to this article: https://woocommerce.com/document/adding-product-images-and-galleries/

Correct, the theme package includes only a free plugin, restricting access to the plugin’s premium features. To utilize the full library and premium functionalities of the plugin, a separate purchase of the plugin license is necessary. This aligns with Envato’s policy, consistent across all ThemeForest themes. It’s advisable to verify this directly with Envato for confirmation.

You’ll always receive the latest Premium plugin updates through the Theme update in the Theme Package. No additional activation or license purchase is necessary as the plugin is already included and licensed by P-Themes. This activation message is provided for those who prefer updating directly from their website, but in our case, you’ll consistently receive the updated plugin with each theme update release. Therefore, there’s no need to activate it separately.
Please note that you cannot utilize the library/template of any Premium plugin included in the Theme Package without purchasing its license separately. This aligns with Envato’s policy, which you may want to verify with them as well.

PThemes Team.Hello, @hadlocksean,
Apologies for any inconvenience caused. Currently, some demos are temporarily unavailable in the theme due to maintenance. However, they will be reinstated shortly. If you’re in a rush and prefer not to wait, you have the option to manually import the demo. This involves commenting out lines 431 to 444 in the “setup_wizard.php” file located at wp-content/themes/porto/inc/admin/setup_wizard. After doing so, the demos will be accessible for import under Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Demo Import. For clarification, please refer to this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/Vdh4R9Xk . We advise against using non-FSE mode demos as they may not offer optimal customization options. Hence, we do not currently provide support for them.

PThemes Team.Hello, @chefclement-com,
Thank you for granting us access here. Regarding the topics you raised, namely Titles and spacing, upon reviewing your site today, it seems that the title and spacing issues have been resolved, as indicated in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/SXR52wLr . It appears you are utilizing multiple cache plugins simultaneously. I suggest temporarily disabling these plugins and clearing your browser cache to check your site again.
Best Regards,
