1- To adjust the appearance of the “Add to Cart” button, go to Dashboard >> Porto >> Theme Options >> WooCommerce >> Styling. From there, you can easily customize it. Check out this link for guidance: https://postimg.cc/0bfRkxhT
2- To update the colors of your product buttons, follow these steps: Dashboard >> Porto >> Template Builder >> Post Type. Within this section, locate the product type block and edit it using the Gutenberg editor. Once the editor opens, you can customize the styling to your preference. Thanks for your contact, your provided WP Admin Login details are not valid: https://pasteboard.co/sF8nztapBhlZ.png
And I have just checked your site now and it is working perfectly fine for me: https://pasteboard.co/jGZBeS03uRO6.png it might be the cache issue at your end nothing else, please try to clear the cache and check back again.

PThemes Team.Hello, @fuhcologne,

PThemes Team.Hello, @ReJigged,
Thanks for the detailed explanation.
I just edited the category layout from the template builder and simply removed the hover effect from the category image as you can see in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/47mVJM1N For the products count there is no option in the builder you have to hide it using CSS code in the PORTO >> Theme Options >> Skins >> Custom CSS.
.products .product-category .thumb-info-type{display:none !important;}Regarding the PORTO Studio issue, the thing is, it might be because of third-party plugins. I can see that you are using tons of third-party plugins on the site please once try to disable all the third-party plugins from the site and then check back to your issue by clearing the browser cache. then try to activate the plugins one by one so that you will be able to know which plugins conflict and cause the issue on the site.
Best Regards,
PThemes Team.Hello, @ReJigged,
Thanks for sharing the access with us here, I have checked your issue on your site. I have visited the shop page, and other different categories pages the layout that you created in the “FP-CATEGORIES” appears fine to me as you can see in these screenshots: https://postimg.cc/fSLRY8Zr and https://postimg.cc/cKBxjpLz
Please check back to your issue by clearing the browser cache.
Lastly, One more thing that I notice while debugging is that you are not using the latest version of the theme on your site: https://postimg.cc/94CVGLYY Please update the theme and its core plugin to the latest version by following this article: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/update-theme/

PThemes Team.Hello, @mrv63,
1- Thanks for the information. I have checked your issue. To solve it I simply navigated to the Dashboard >> Porto >> Theme Options >> Skins >> Custom CSS >> I added this line of CSS code: https://postimg.cc/tZmVrL6T and your issue was resolved. Please check back to your site by clearing the browser cache.
2- I see, Actually, the thing is popup builder will trigger auto when the page loads there is no such option to change this behavior. but in our theme, there is a widget called Modal box that you can use to simply trigger the popup when someone clicks.
Check this article to understand how to use the modal box widget: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/faq/home-newsletter-pop-up-mo%5B…%5D-removing-the-pop-up-modal-box-using-wpbakery-page-builder/

Apologies for any inconvenience caused. I’ve reviewed your site’s contact us page, and the form displays perfectly on mobile from my end, as evidenced by this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/qtKdnMNB . I recommend clearing your browser cache and revisiting your site to ensure everything appears correctly on your end.

PThemes Team.Hello, @mrv63,
To solve your issue, I simply disabled this plugin “Advanced Woo Labels” and then set a product in sale after that the theme sale label started appearing on the site as you can see in this screenshot: https://postimg.cc/sv4xmkP9 Please check back to your site by clearing the browser cache.
Best Regards,
PThemes Team.Hello, @rj,
Thank you for your understanding and your efforts. You have identified the conflicting plugin responsible for the problem. It appears that this plugin is not included in our list of compatible plugins, as I have verified. To address this, I suggest submitting a feature request on our forum at https://www.portotheme.com/forums/topic/feature-request/. This will ensure that our development team considers it for future theme updates. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Best Regards,
PThemes Team.Hello, @rj,
Great to hear that it’s been resolved! Thanks for the update.
Best Regards.
PThemes Team.Hello, @mrv63,
Initially, I’d like to express my gratitude for your understanding. However, it’s important to clarify that we refrain from recommending third-party plugins to our customers. This precaution is taken as such plugins may occasionally lead to conflicts and unforeseen issues on the site. We encourage you to explore various plugins independently to identify the one that best fulfills your requirements, albeit at your own discretion and risk.
Best Regards,
PThemes Team. -
