PThemes TeamHello, @sagaranvekar,
Thanks for sharing the working access with us here. I have checked and debugged your issue on the site I just found that you are not using the latest version of the theme and its core plugin so I updated them to the latest version after that I previewed the site it is working fine without any errors see the resulting image: Under the private content area
Second, regarding to the speed issue I can see that you have modified the site with your content. All of our theme demos are very well optimized.
When a user installs the theme on their server and imports the demo data user doesn’t need to optimize the site speed but when a user changes the demo content with his/her content if their content is not optimized then he/she must need to optimize the content for better speed performance.
Our theme has a special feature called “Speed Optimization Wizard” You can find this option in the Dashboard >> Porto >> Speed Optimization Wizard and set the settings as per your need to speed up your site. Furthermore below are some articles to know how to optimize the site speed using our theme.

PThemes Team.[restrict userlevel="author"]https://postimg.cc/Ty14F8dV[/restrict]Hello, @snehalpatel,
Thanks for the detailed explanation with the site URL and screenshots to understand your issue better. However, in your screenshots, I can see that the theme necessary plugins on the site are not updated to the latest version. Second, via visiting the site URL I have debugged and found that you are using a cache plugin as well. To solve your issue please once make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme and its necessary plugins on the site if not, then you can update them by following this article: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/update-theme/ after that try to disable the cache plugins and then check back to your issue by clearing the browser cache. I hope it will be resolved.

PThemes Team.Hello, @sagaranvekar,
Apologies for any inconvenience caused. In the latest theme version, such errors are not common, as numerous customers are currently satisfied with its performance. To assist you in resolving this issue, could you kindly share your wp-admin URL and access details privately within this topic’s content area? Please ensure you’ve backed up your site beforehand. This will enable me to thoroughly investigate and provide you with an appropriate solution.

PThemes Team.Hello, @bardyjohanson,
I’ve thoroughly examined the latest version of the theme and all its settings, and unfortunately, there’s currently no option to display images for the colors. You can only showcase color names or use colors as filter buttons. However, you have a couple of options to explore. Firstly, you can explore third-party plugins available on the WP Market that might fulfill your requirements. Alternatively, if customization is necessary, you can reach out to our customization team for their paid services via this link: https://www.portotheme.com/customization/ Additionally, if you believe this feature would benefit others as well, feel free to submit it as a feature request on our forum: https://www.portotheme.com/forums/topic/feature-request/ This way, our development team can consider it for future theme updates. Thank you for your understanding.

PThemes Team.Hello, @alex-3493,
Sorry for the inconvenience, The thing is when I checked your issue the add to cart is working perfectly fine and the mini cart box/icon as well.
Here are the screenshots for you to check and understand: https://postimg.cc/CnCYPrFd and https://postimg.cc/NKCtzHw8 you are facing a cache issue nothing else.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch with your service provider and ask them to flush the server cache completely and then please disable the cache plugins and then check back to your site by clearing the browser cache. I hope you will get the desired results.
Best Regards,
PThemes Team.Hello, @massamedia-com,
Could you please try temporarily deactivating all third-party plugins on your site, while keeping the necessary theme-related ones active? If the issue is resolved, gradually reactivate the plugins one by one to identify the one causing the problem. Additionally, consider switching to the parent theme if you’re currently using a child theme.
If the issue persists despite these steps, please ensure you have a complete backup of your site. With your permission, we’ll thoroughly debug your site by deactivating all third-party plugins and reverting any on-site customization changes. This will allow us to investigate the issue thoroughly and provide appropriate assistance and for that please share your site WP Admin URL and Credentials under the private area of this topic.
