PThemes Team.Hello, @antoniskoutsaftis,
We are sorry for the delay but it takes time, so if you are in a hurry and do not want to wait then you can import the demo manually, which means, you have to comment out the code from lines 219 to 225 in the file “setup_wizard.php” under wp-content/themes/porto/inc/admin/setup_wizard then the demos will be available for you to import under the Porto >> Setup Wizard >> Demo Import, please refer to this screenshot: https://pasteboard.co/tMVz4AatKcH5.png
Note: We do not recommend using the non-FSE mode demos, because it couldn’t provide good customizable demo ux, so we dont offer this.

PThemes Team.Hello, @sayed,
Porto WordPress Custom CSS section under Theme Options is based on the Redux Framework. You can certainly write and execute SCSS (Sassy CSS) within a Redux container that uses Ace Editor. However, there are a few things to consider:
Setup: Ensure you have the necessary dependencies installed to compile SCSS if you plan to use it in your project.
SCSS Execution: SCSS itself doesn’t execute like JavaScript; it needs to be compiled into regular CSS before the browser can understand it. You’ll need a build step (e.g., using webpack with appropriate loaders or a tool like Sass) to compile your SCSS into CSS.
Applying Styles: Once your SCSS is compiled into CSS, you can apply the styles to your components, including the Ace Editor container, using standard CSS techniques.

PThemes Team.January 29, 2024 at 8:59 am in reply to: BIG BUG!! Via Andriod mobile the add to cart does not work #4369Hello, @emc,
I have checked all of your sites and found that on: http://erollz.com/nl and http://erollz.com/ the add-to-cart is working perfectly fine because on this site the theme is the latest version but on this site: http://luxeraamdecor.nl/ the theme is not updated to the latest version this is why you are facing an issue on this site.
To solve your issue please update the theme by following the below steps. I have recorded a video of my personal mobile phone for you to see the results: https://www.dropbox.com/scl/fi/3yf8ggcftad8kytnuestb/WhatsApp-Video-2024-01-29-at-8.43.06-AM.mp4?rlkey=4nmbvgnc441hfveh9rkly0ytm&dl=0
To resolve this issue, I recommend following these steps to ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme:
Backup Your Site: Before making any updates, it’s essential to take a complete backup of your website to avoid any potential disruptions.
Deactivate Third-Party Plugins: Temporarily deactivate all third-party plugins before proceeding with the theme update.
Backup Custom Code: If you have any custom code in place, make sure to take a backup of it and remove it from your site before updating the theme.
Activate Parent Theme: If you are using a Child Theme, activate the Parent Theme before initiating the theme update.
Clear Cache: Remove all cache from your server and website. Additionally, ensure that your browser cache is cleared.
Update Theme: Navigate to Appearance >> Themes and perform a one-click automatic update of the theme.
Update Plugins: Go to Appearance >> Install Plugins and update any required or recommended plugins associated with the theme one by one.
Clear Browser Cache: After performing these updates, clear your browser cache once more and thoroughly inspect your website for any changes or improvements.
Reactivate Child Theme and Plugins: After confirming that everything is functioning as expected, you can reactivate your Child Theme and third-party plugins one by one.
Final Cache Clearance: Lastly, clear your browser cache once more to ensure that your site displays the most recent changes accurately.
By following these steps, you should be able to update your theme and its associated plugins, which may resolve the issues you’ve encountered. If you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

PThemes Team.Hello, @sayed,
Thanks for expressing your issue in detail. Actually, our theme is fully compatible with the Elementor plugin and its feature “flexbox Container” as well. All of our theme widgets are compatible with it also. It is totally up to you whether you want to use “Flexbox-Containers or Old sections” The choice will be totally yours.
Regarding setting the container full width please refer to these articles: https://elementor.com/help/set-flexbox-container-size-behavior/ and https://elementor.com/help/full-width-not-working/
I hope your issue will be resolved.
