Hello, @samjazaerli,
Model is deprecated by openAI
so it takes time to change…
we will change it soon. Thanks for your understanding.
Best Regards,
PThemes Team.Hello, @xpasha,
As I wrote above that the main issue was because of any third-party plugin, so I disabled all the third-party plugins on your site, and the language plugin was also the third-party plugin and your main issue was resolved.
And then I asked you to re-activate all the third-party plugins one by one.
So it seems disabling and then re-enabling the language plugin reset the site language.
So please try to reset or remake your header for the Arabic language as well and it should work for you.

PThemes Team.Hello, @xpasha,
No need, I have already updated the Theme and Porto Functionality plugin to the very latest version on your site.
Please check back to your site now after clearing the browser cache. The site crashed was because of any third-party plugin confliction, first I disabled all the third-party plugins on your site and then updated and all worked smoothly.
After checking your site, you can again reactivate all the third-party plugins on your site, one by one, and check which one was the reason for your issue.

PThemes Team.Hello, @User2024,
Thank you for providing clarification on the loading time issue. I appreciate your efforts in addressing it and the explanation of the solution implemented. I understand the challenges posed by external scripts like AdSense and the need to manage loading times. If you come up with any alternative solutions in the future, I look forward to hearing about them. Thanks again for your proactive approach to resolving this issue.
Best Regards,
PThemes Team.Hello, @xpasha,
Thanks for your contact.
First of all, please check the theme changelog: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/changelog/
The 6.2.3 version of the theme was released on (1.19.2022) around 2 years ago.
And you are updating the theme from a 2-year-old theme version to the very latest version.
If you carefully check the changelog, there are a lot of features and styling that have been added and removed into/from the theme.
So the best possible way is to, clone your site as a test site and then try to update the theme and plugins onto your test site first so that if any issue occurs you can solve it on the test site and once all is fine, you can then migrate your site from a test site to live site.
How to update the theme, please read our theme documentation here: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/update-theme/
How to update the plugin, please read our theme documentation here: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/update-plugins/

PThemes Team.Hello, @User2024,
Regrettably, it’s not possible to automatically remove the loading overlay after a designated time frame. Instead, you can manage its visibility through the theme settings by enabling or disabling it. Although this approach generally functions well, occasional looping of the loading process may occur due to caching issues. If the server cache becomes particularly robust, unexpected problems may arise on the website. To address this, contacting your service provider and requesting a server cache flush should help resolve the issue. Subsequently, clear your browser cache and revisit the site to verify if the problem has been resolved.

PThemes Team.January 4, 2024 at 2:50 pm in reply to: Product Archive Template still showing even after I deleted it! #4021Hello, @sferios,
1- I see, You delete the block from the trash as well.
2- I am afraid to say that if the block is deleted permanently then the condition will not work as well as on your site now.
But if the block is in the trash then the condition still works It is built like this in the theme and you cannot change it from the theme settings.
3- No it is not. Once the block is deleted permanently the condition will also removed.
4- The changes appear after 2 hours because of the server CDN. It looks like that your server uses the CDN and the CDN takes time to show the changes on the site. You can simply ask your service provider to disable the CDN until your site is in development mode.
Best Regards,
