PThemes Team.Hello, @shulmanmax,
Thank you for contacting us.
I appreciate your patience and understand the issue you’re facing with your website.
Upon reviewing your site, I have identified errors originating from the child theme, as illustrated in this image: https://postimg.cc/zVJrrGbM
To effectively address and resolve this issue, I recommend the following steps:
Backup Your Site: Before proceeding with any changes, it’s crucial to take a comprehensive backup of your entire website. This ensures that your data and configurations are safeguarded in case of any unforeseen issues.
Activate the Parent Theme: Temporarily switch to the parent theme of your website. This will help us isolate and identify whether the issue is specific to the child theme.
Disable Cache Plugins: If you have any cache plugins installed and active, please disable them. Caching can sometimes interfere with website functionality, and disabling them will help us rule out any cache-related problems.
Server Cache Flush: Contact your service provider and request a complete server cache flush. This action will clear any cached data on the server side, which may be contributing to the issue.
Browser Cache Clearing: After performing the server cache flush, ensure you clear your browser’s cache as well. This will help you view the website without any cached data, providing a more accurate representation of any changes or fixes.
I sincerely hope that by following these steps, we will be able to resolve your issue promptly. If you encounter any difficulties or have further questions during this process, please do not hesitate to reach out for assistance.
Thank you for choosing our services, and we look forward to assisting you in resolving this matter.

PThemes Team.August 24, 2023 at 11:21 am in reply to: Issue within Porto themes default gutter width [ –porto-fluid-spacing] #2437Hello, @sayed,
Thanks for reaching us,
The gutter width generally refers to the spacing between columns in a grid layout.
The gutter width will apply to the columns in the row/container but not to the main container. You are using Elementor Builder on your site. Now, when editing a post/page with Elementor in the editor there is an option to set the section/container “Full Width/Stretched” You can use this feature to avoid the default gutter width.
Please check this link to understand how to set the “Full Width/Stretched” row/container using Elementor: https://elementor.com/help/section-overview/
Have a nice day.
