Hello, @midiabox,
Thank you for contacting us.
I would like to inform you that the pre-built layout of the single product page does not provide an option for direct editing of the layout. However, our theme offers a unique feature called the “Template Builder,” which allows you to create a custom layout for a single product page and apply it to your website.
To learn how to create a custom single-product layout using Elementor, please refer to our comprehensive article available at the following link: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/how-to-create-custom-product-layout-using-elementor/ and using this you can create your own layout of the product and place any content at any place as per your requirements.
If you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to help.

PThemes Team.October 5, 2023 at 7:41 am in reply to: Portfolio – can you make archive photo thumbs same size? #2994Hello, @bruce,
I would like to express my gratitude for granting me access to your website.
I have conducted an evaluation of the widget settings you currently have in place for your portfolios. It has come to my attention that you are utilizing a deprecated widget for the portfolios, as evidenced in the following image: https://postimg.cc/G8b4VMpH.
To address this issue, I recommend switching to the “Porto Post Grid” widget for displaying your portfolios. This widget offers more modern functionality and should better suit your needs.
Within the widget settings, you also have the option to adjust the size of the images. However, I observed that you are currently using various image sizes for your portfolios, which may be causing inconsistencies in their appearance. To resolve this, I recommend standardizing the image sizes to 600×600 pixels for all portfolio items. This uniformity will ensure a consistent and visually appealing presentation.
By implementing these changes, namely using the “Porto Post Grid” widget and standardizing the image sizes to 600×600 pixels, I believe your issue will be effectively resolved.
Regarding the template builder for a single portfolio page, the answer is affirmative—you can indeed create it. I recommend referring to the following article for a more comprehensive understanding of how to create and utilize a single builder using the template builder: https://www.portotheme.com/wordpress/porto/documentation/single-builder-elements/
Should you require any further assistance or have additional inquiries, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Thank you for your cooperation.

PThemes Team.Hello, @leonardoabreu,
I hope this message finds you well.
Regarding the issue you’ve encountered, we would like to kindly request your assistance in narrowing down its source. It appears that the problem may not be directly related to our theme. To ascertain the root cause, we kindly ask that you perform the following steps:
1. Activate the default WordPress Theme, such as Twenty Twenty-Three.
2. Recheck the issue to determine if it persists when using the default theme. If the issue continues to persist even with the default WordPress Theme, it would suggest that the problem is not originating from our theme. In such a scenario, we recommend reaching out to WooCommerce support for further assistance. You can contact them through the following link: https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/
Best Regards,
The PThemes TeamHello, @mika,
Thank you for your feedback and understanding.
Currently, within our theme, there is no built-in feature or option to customize the display of variations for specific products or individual attributes. Implementing such changes would require additional customization, which falls outside the scope of our support policy. You can review our support policy for more details by visiting this link: https://www.portotheme.com/forums/topic/support-policy/
However, if you believe that this feature would be beneficial and would like to see it incorporated into our theme in the future, we encourage you to submit it as a feature request on our forum. This way, our development department can take note of your request and consider it for inclusion in future theme updates. You can submit your feature request by visiting the following link: https://www.portotheme.com/forums/topic/feature-request/
Your feedback and suggestions are valuable to us, and we appreciate your engagement in helping us improve our theme.

PThemes Team.Hello, @spectrum48k,
You can always get the latest updates of the Premium plugins with the Theme update in the Theme Package.
And there is no need to activate or purchase a new license for this plugin. This plugin is already included in the theme package and already purchased the license by P-Themes. This activation message is for those who want to update the plugin directly from their website. In our case, you can receive the updated plugin always with the theme update release.
So no need to activate it, just ignore the message and feel free to use it.
You can not use the library/template of any Premium plugin including in any Theme Package, If you want to use the premium plugin library/template then you have to purchase that particular plugin license separately, this is the Envato policy you may wish to confirm from them as well.
And about using the SVG in Slider Revolution, please read and follow the instructions written in the official documentation of the Slider Revolution.
https://www.sliderrevolution.com/manual/adding-and-configuring-icon-and-svg-layers/
https://www.sliderrevolution.com/manual/how-to-use-custom-svg-in-the-particle-effects-addon/
