The Newsletter Popup is a great way to display subscription forms or promotional messages on your website.
You can easily edit or hide this popup using WPBakery within the Porto Template Builder.
How to Edit the Newsletter Popup
- Navigate to Dashboard → Porto → Template Builder → Popup.
Locate your Newsletter Popup and click Edit with WPBakery. - To change the background image, click on the Container widget.
Then open the Background panel of Style tab, scroll down to the Image section, choose your desired image, and save the changes. - To edit the text, click on the Heading.
Select the Title field and replace the text inside the Text Box area with your desired content.
Save and update the popup once you’re done.
How to Remove (Hide) the Newsletter Popup
If you want to temporarily hide or completely disable the Newsletter Popup:
- Go to Dashboard → Porto → Template Builder → Popup and open your popup with WPBakery. Or you can directly edit Display condition in that page.
- Click the icon which opens display condition setting popup.
- Select Display Conditions, then remove the condition(s) defined there.
This will prevent the popup from being displayed on your site without deleting it, allowing you to enable it again in the future.
If you want to permanently delete the popup, simply return to Porto → Template Builder → Popup and click Trash under the popup’s name.
