Porto Block Builder

The Porto Block Builder allows you to create reusable content blocks that can be used across your website. Instead of rebuilding the same sections repeatedly, you can design a block once and reuse it anywhere, ensuring design consistency and easier maintenance.

Blocks created with Porto Block Builder can be used for banners, content sections, call-to-action areas, popups, headers, footers, and other modular layout parts. The builder works seamlessly with Elementor and WPBakery Page Builder, following Porto’s global typography, color, and spacing settings.

1. Create a Block

   Go to WordPress Dashboard → Porto → Template Builder and click Add New Template.
   Select Block as the template type.

2. Choose Page Builder

   The editor will open in Elementor or WPBakery, depending on which builder is active. If both are installed, it is recommended to use one consistently for better performance.

3. Build Your Block

   Design your block using standard builder elements. You can add text, images, buttons, icons, or any Porto-specific elements as needed.

4. Save and Publish

   Once finished, save and publish the block. It will now be available for use throughout your site.

5. Insert the Block

   You can insert the block using

   • Porto Block widget (Elementor or WPBakery)
   • Shortcode generated by the block
   • Direct insertion inside Porto Archive Builder, Single Builder, or Post Type Builder templates
